Return Policy

Ordering online is not always a perfect process so we are happy to offer refunds and store credit for online purchases.

  • In-Stock sterling silver, brass, and most* gold items are eligible for a full-refund.  We do not offer returns on custom pieces.  Made-To-Order (not custom) pieces are eligible for exchange/ credit. 
  • Requests for returns/ exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of order receipt.   This is extended to 30 days during the holiday season. Please contact info@leighmiller.us to make a return/ exchange request and include a reason for return and we will respond with return instructions.  Items received by Leigh Miller prior requesting a return will refused and sent back to shipper or will incur a 20% stocking fee.
  • Returned items must be in their original, brand new condition, showing no signs of having been worn or used.  Returns must be shipped within 5 days of receiving return approval or return authorization be voided. Items should be packaged securely (ideally in their original packaging).
  • SEMPRE HOOPS Return Policy (Unhinged): Sempre Hoops must be in original form, as shipped.  They can be tried on, but the arm is not to be closed if you are considering returning the piece. Any torques or kinks in piece will lower the return value.  Feel free to reach out with any questions on this policy before purchasing.
  • Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Return shipping costs will be deducted from refund or credit total.
  • Please note if any shipping costs are incurred by Leigh Miller on the initial shipment they will also be deducted from the refund or credit, as well as up to a 15% restocking fee if the pieces need refinishing or have incurred damage on their return journey due neglect in packing.
  • All sale items are final sale.
  • If a gift card has been used to purchase the item, the gift card will be re-credited first, after which any remaining balance goes to the customer's secondary form of payment.
  • We cannot accept returns on custom items, customized items or specially-made sizes.  If you have any questions about what qualifies- please reach out!

Damages

If an item is received damaged, please email Customer Service immediately upon receipt, with a clear description of the item and include a photograph. 

 

Shipping

Please refer to each individual listing for estimated ship times.  As many items are made to order- we ask that you please allow 1-6 weeks for these pieces to be handmade with care. Once your purchase is on its way you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number included. We ship with UPS to the lower 48 states, and with USPS to Alaska and Hawaii.  FedEx Standard Overnight and DHL & UPS International options may be selected at checkout.

If you need an item in a rush, please reach out to info@leighmiller.us so that we may check availability.  We are happy to try to make accommodations for shorter time frames!

We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.  WE OFFER ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION SERVICE AND ENCOURAGE YOU TO PURCHASE THIS TO ENSURE IF PIECES ARE LOST IN TRANSIT  SO THAT REIMBURSEMENT/ REPLACEMENT IS A SEAMLESS PROCESS.  This is automatically toggled to opt-in for each order.  If you choose to opt-out, we will do our best to help you, but lost and stolen items are not the responsibility of Leigh Miller.

International Customers- The cost of shipping does not include international duties. Duties will be collected by the Shipping Carrier upon delivery.
