Nearly all pieces offered on our site are made to order. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
Exchanges and Credits are accepted until 10 days after the item is received. Items must be in their original, brand new condition, showing no signs of having been worn or used. These items must be returned within the 10 days and MUST include its original packaging. Please contact email@example.com
immediately to address your request and include a reason for return and we will then issue you return instructions and shipping details.
In the event of an exchange/ credit, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (including a secure tracking number & insurance) involved for returning the item. Leigh Miller does not refund items that are lost or damaged in transit back to our studio - please be sure to package your items with extra padding and to include secure tracking information and insurance for your own protection. Please note shipping costs incurred by Leigh Miller on the initial shipment will also be deducted from the credit, as well as up to a 15% restocking fee if the pieces need re-finishing.
If an item is for some reason received damaged, please email Customer Service immediately with a clear description of the item and include a photograph.
Please refer to each individual listing for estimated ship times. As most items are made to order - we ask that you please allow 2-4 weeks for these pieces to be handmade with care in our Los Angeles studio. Once your purchase is on its way you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number included. FedEx Standard Overnight and DHL International options may be selected at checkout.

For our international customers, note that the cost of shipping does not include international duties. Duties will be collected by DHL upon delivery.
