Return Policy

Ordering online is not always a perfect process, so we are happy to offer  
exchanges and store credit for online purchases. 
  • Requests for credits/ exchanges must be made within 14 days of order receipt.   Please contact info@leighmiller.us address your request and include a reason for return and we will then issue you return instructions.  
  • Return credit never expires.
  • Returned items must be in their original, brand new condition, showing no signs of having been worn or used.  Returns must be received by Leigh Miller studio within 14 days of return approval, and must include their original, undamaged packaging. 
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  We recommend insuring the return packages and having a trackable number as Leigh Miller does not refund items that are lost or damaged in transit back to our studio. 
  • Please note shipping costs incurred by Leigh Miller on the initial shipment will also be deducted from the credit, as well as up to a 10% restocking fee if the pieces need re-finishing.
  • All sale items are final sale.
  • We cannot accept returns on custom items or specially-made sizes.
Damages- If an item is for some reason received damaged, please email Customer Service immediately with a clear description of the item and include a photograph. 
Shipping

Please refer to each individual listing for estimated ship times.  As many items are made to order - we ask that you please allow 1-6 weeks for these pieces to be handmade with care.  Once your purchase is on its way you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number included. We ship with UPS to the lower 48 states, and with USPS to Alaska and Hawaii.  FedEx Standard Overnight and DHL International options may be selected at checkout.

If you need an item in a rush, please reach out to info@leighmiller.us so that we may check availability.  We are happy to try to make accommodations for shorter time frames!

We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages after the mail carrier has logged packages as delivered.

For our international customers, note that the cost of shipping does not include international duties. Duties will be collected by DHL upon delivery.
